On-draught @ PHP Lamar. $6 USD per pour.
6.5% ABV.
Cinnamon, blonde malt, Mexican imitation vanilla extract, lactose sugar. A bit artificially sweet but not unenjoyable. I wouldn't say it's uncannily reminiscent of Horchata, but it's a decent adjunct ale that doesn't feel too gimmicky.
I think Horchata notes tend to play better in coffee beers personally, but for an Horchata meets blonde ale this ain't half bad. That said, 1 glass is more than enough and I'd see no need to ever get another.
