Dry yet juicy, white fruit flavors reminiscent of sauvignon blanc, tart passionfruit, sweet lychee and pineapple rind come complements of a hop bill centered on southern-hemi hop darling Nelson Sauvin. Some highly expressive hand-selected lots of Cashmere, Sultana & Mosaic lupulin powder round out the whirlpool & dry-hop charges on this pillowy, freakishly fruity beverage. A heavily layered hop bill, weighing in at a hefty 7 plus pounds per barrel, is balanced by a satisfyingly simple malt bill of raw wheat, flaked oats, pale malt & flaked barley.

16oz canned 3-4-21, opened 3-13-21.
1 finger white head, fair retention...settles in as a cap. Fully opaque, milky golden color. No lacing.
Tropical, stone fruit (peach), and citrus aromas...all ripe - potentially overly so to my nose.
Underlying green, weedy aroma in can #2 (3-21-21).
Mango, pineapple, zesty lime / white grape, and grapefruit rind bitterness.
Full body, smooth mouthfeel...low, but persistent bitterness across the tongue.
Big, fruit full and hop-drenched finish that ends up dry.
Very Good.
Only 9 days in the can, will revisit and edit if needed.
