It’s a decadently decocted feast of Fall flavors in this peach cobbler inspired sour ale brewed with pureed peaches, apricot and spices. We’ve conditioned Southern Sensibilities kettle sour base on some healthy heapings of Madagascar vanilla beans, Ceylon Cinnamon and a touch of milk sugar for good measure. A delightfully, pie crust-esque profile comes complements of a a grist of vienna and pale malts, plus unmalted & flaked wheat.

Utterly unique and delicious. First sour ale I’ve ever had. Layers and layers of full favor in a tasty, fruity blend. My novice nose got hit with coconut after the first sip, but it is apricot that most comes through on the tongue. Is this beer? Yes, but it is wild and easy beer!
