A collaboration with our buddies from Bale Breaker Brewing, a Pinthouse-style Double IPA brewed to highlight the high quality raw material grown and processed by Loftus Ranches and Tributary Hop Farms and to generally bring more attention to the talented Smith Family and Bale Breaker. Loftus provided estate-grown Sabro hops, flaked barley, pilsner and wheat malts. We were lucky enough to select both our 2020 Citra and Simcoe crops from Tributary Hop Farms, which was the perfect pairing with the estate malts. We are excited to be able to cultivate our own batch of true Yakima terroir and see what kind of magic this symbiosis creates.

16oz canned 2-25-21, opened 4-10-21.
3 finger white head with amazing staying power.
Golden IPA with good clarity, initial slight chill haze. Full and clingy lacing.
Oranges, melon, mango, pine. Some weedy green. Bright, clean aroma.
Coconut, pina colada, citrus...unique flavor and great drinkability.
Medium body and carbonation. Slight sweetness in the finish.
Very Good to Outstanding.
