Brother Seamus was the brewers' favorite from 2020 and deserved a showing this year. Rich and nutty, with a rounded sweetness from SRSLY Chocolate cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla bean, elevated by a dash of sea salt to bring a true sense of Umami.
