A nod to The Big Lebarrelski, without the Whiskey barrel aging this year. We were really craving the rich, vanillin and light tannin from the long barrel rest. A healthy does of fresh American oak spirals gives a beautiful aroma of damp forest, crackling fire and warm coffee at the cabin.
