A pulpy, pillowy triple IPA stuffed with fluffy flaked oats and unmalted wheat stacked upon a pale, pilsner malt base. This high ABV hazy is positively packed with layers of hops at a hefty 14 pounds per barrel, providing a sensory surplus of hoppy goodness. Dank, yet fruity. Dry, yet juicy. It’s a radiant and compelling hop profile that centers on Citra from Black Star Ranches and is supported by multiple late hop additions of newly named experimental hop Talus (HBC 692), Ekuanot, Mosaic powder and yet another promising experimental, HBC 630. The end results of these efforts is a beer absolutely oozing with ripe tropical terpene fueled flavors of mango, pineapple rind, OJ and bright berry like notes that keep us coming back for another exploratory sip.
