This Timbo Pils clone was brewed using the same west coast-style Pilsner recipe as our buds at Highland Park Brewery. Timbo Pils is as cleanly bitter, dry and quaffable as a German Pils but greatly influenced by the usage of Modern American hops - particularly Citra and Mosaic. Utilizing our hand selected lots of hops for our batch, we’re getting delicately dank flavors of zested citrus, Riesling grapes and gooseberry. A carefully crafted complement to the sourdough and honey like pilsner malt profile on this supremely snappy and lively lager.

I added this as an IPL, as it won silver at GABF for a hoppy lager.
This is the Pinthouse version of Timbo Pils.
Pours a crystal clear gold with light foaming. Low aroma, to the point where I am struggling to pick it up. Touch of new school hops on the sip. Blueberries, a little grassiness, hint of biscuit. Crisp, clear finish. Timbo in Austin!
