Our first foray into brewing a long-boiled, decadent dessert stout at the new facility has arrived. We’ve piled this pastry stout high with caramelized pineapple, toasted coconut, Madagascar Vanilla beans and locally sourced cocoa nibs. The end results of these efforts is a richly rendered stout that drinks like German chocolate swirled with fresh pineapple chunks in a halved coconut.
