We are rolling out the first of five new beers releasing this year in our Cold Classics series. An exploration of authentically inspired old world, and new, lager styles that we love to drink. Naturally carbonated, and fermented slow and low here at our Ben White location.
An Austin brewed ode to the old world lager traditions of the Czech Republic, birthplace of the beloved Pilsner. This expressive yet classically crafted Bohemian Pils was brewed with floor-malted premium pilsner malts and decisively hopped with 100% Saaz. Naturally carbonated, never filtered yet always refined.
