We brewed this Belgian Quad in our open top fermentation vessel with German pilsner malts and caramelized candy sugar. The fruition of this process is a deep amber Quad that emits massive notes of dried dates, caramel, and tobacco leaf, while maintaining a dry yet pleasant mouthfeel. Last time we brewed this it pulled a GABF Gold Medal so swing thru and try it!
