For batch 2 of this collaboration project, we’ve once again linked up with our friends The Far Out Lounge and Stage to create a classic yet contemporary West Coast IPA. Old school meets new, in this heavily hopped, and highly expressive IPA packed with mélange of modern hop products and familiar favorite’s from our arsenal of high alpha hops.
Deeply dank, supremely citrusy with a balanced yet boastful bitterness. This crisp, clear IPA was brewed with a blend of pellets and powder creating a lupulin laden showcase of our selected Simcoe, Idaho 7, Mosaic, & HBC 586 alongside southern hemi stalwarts Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. A base of premium Weyermann Pilsner malts, with a dash of Vienna and flaked rice creates a clean canvass for this terpene tour of our favorite hop farms and varieties to shine. We’re getting an array of resinous citrus on the palette with fruit fueled tropical notes to match this beer’s decidedly dank profile.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a light orange color with white head. Citrus hop aroma. Medium body. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Listed as West Coast, but feels like a hazy IPA to me.
