Our collaboration with Lone Pine Brewing has a healthy hop build of Cashmere, El Dorado, Strata CGX, and Citra Cryo! We also added heaps of Opuntia, aka prickly pear cactus, as an adjunct to bring a sweet earthiness to the brew. With its rich hue and champagne-like mouthfeel, this dry Cold IPA is balanced with fruity notes of melon, kiwi, strawberry and (of course) prickly pear!
