True brewer’s beer - easy to drink, difficult to brew. This Austin brewed ode to the beloved Helles Lager was brewed in accordance with the German Reinheitsgrebot. Simply hopped, minimally malty, endlessly approachable. Lager Bier is a clean, endlessly approachable lager bier that is delicately hopped and thirst quenchingly simple in the best way possible.

Clean gold pour, fairly quick head that holds on at a sheen. Nose is loads of malt sprnkled with flowers.
Taste is creamy light kilned malt, bit of cracker, mild grassiness, some floral, sweet herbal, honey. Mouthfeel is light but soothing. Finish dries to a tasty crispness.
