Built on a base of Dingmanns Pilsner malt, we utilized a unique blend of Strisselspalt, Mt. Hood, and Aramis hops to create a profile defined by brilliant clarity and a crisp, straw-gold pour. The aroma leads with fresh cracker and sweet bread, giving way to a flavor profile of herbal spice and soft floral notes. It finishes light and snappy with a balanced bitterness.

Clean medium gold pour, quick white head. Nose is malt and herbs.
Taste is beautifil Pils, sweet herbs, water cracker, soft floral, fresh grass, hint of lemon. Light mouthfeel. Finish sees the herbs kick it up with a zesty bitterness with a little bit of length.
