Enjoyed from the growler via Jungle Jim's in a snifter. This easy summer sipper pours a bright and clear golden with a subtle quickly dissipating head of white foam that settles to a very thin ring and light lacing. Nose of light grains, light candy malt, and light yeast notes. Flavors ever so lightly exceed the nose with subtle candy notes awash in light grains on the front and middle with a subtle lemon zest note, light cracker, and subtle tartness from the yeast with a grain aftertaste and subtle herbal hops. Very light in flavor, and on the lower spectrum of the standard Belgian pale with very low carbonation and a touch on the watery side for a mouth feel. Decent summer brew.

Cheers

Pale ale is really becoming one of my favorite styles. If it's Belgian, even better! This beer is crisp and refreshing. It is not super carbonated, but it seems like an excellent summer beer. It is definitely worth a try.
