Harrison's on Kenny Moteuka High MadTree February 17 in a snifter.
Look - Cloudy orange. Thick white head, fine to medium bubbled. Settles to a thicker ring. There is a lot of lacing.
Smell - Musty. Grapefruit. Orange.
Taste - Grapefruit up front. Must in the middle. Malt to finish. Vanilla.
Feel - Smooth but smooth like you know there is a lot of booze in it. Syrupy. Sticky.
Overall - Better than Citra :O Not as good as Galaxy. Not what I would call balanced but is segmented.

Best IPA yet from Madtree. Mouthfeel and hop profile was just under world class, to mean, excellent. Only thing keeping it from transcendence was a slightly generic smell, otherwise, outstanding effort....more great IPA's please MadTree!!!!!
