A rich yet balanced stout from a collaboration with local vegan dessert maker Grateful Grahams this beer has vanilla beans and lactose as well as cocoa powder and cacao nibs from local chocolatier Maverick Chocolate. Inspired by the classic campfire treat, this beer brings all the goodness with a lot less mess. Go ahead and get S'more.

12 oz can, canned 8/14/2020, into THAT! NE IPA snifter.
Purchased at Craft Brewed in Nashville.
Crack of the can yields a medium brown around the lip and pours a dark brown which forms to a creamy black with a likewise creamy khaki head of 1 finger. It recedes to 1/2 finger and leaves sheets and speckles of lacing.
Aroma from the can is a pleasant mix of ash and marshmallow. I don't think I've encountered this particular mix in a beer before, I like it. It's clean and dirty at the same time. Some sweet caramel trails behind. Aroma from the glass is marshmallow, caramel, and roasted malt.
Flavor is seltzer water, ash, light marshmallow, roasted malt, and vanilla. Finish of roasted malt and slight grass. Watery. Kinda limp.
Feel is light, carbonated, a little sticky, and has mild heat from the alcohol. Leaves a roasted coating on the cheeks.
Overall, a lackluster beer that either faded considerably in the can or was bad at birth. And it's "vegan" to boot. It definitely tastes like vegan s'mores. That should be enough to steer you away from this can.

From the 12oz can in a snifter. This very nice brew pours a dark
brownish black with dark tea highlights and a FANTASTIC head of
light khaki foam that settles to a thick FAT layer with exceptional
lacing. Nose of dark cocoa, faint cream, light char, and moderately
heavy roast. Flavors expand on the nose with light vanilla, light
balanced cream, char, dark cocoa, and earthy malt notes. Nice
mouth feel; medium full body, light carbonation that is pillow soft,
smooth, creamy, and finishing with a lightly bitter malt note.
Overall, an excellent brew worth trying.
Cheers
