Collaboration with Fat Head's Brewery
General Sherman's Rye Pale Ale has a deep copper color and an aggressive hop profile. Rye malt adds a crisp, spicy character and helps dry the beer out. Pacific Northwest hops crank up the intense hop flavor and aroma.

Poured from a growler into a pint glass
A: Hazy orange with a 1/2-finger head
S: Complex with an initial peppery hit from the rye, citrus from the hops, then some pine/malt notes
T: Matches the nose, an enjoyable mix of the rye spice, hop fruit notes and malt backbone
M: Medium-bodied, bitter/spicy
O: Enjoyable beer, well made and tasty

Amber colored, slightly cloudy, very thick head. Smelled a little floral, nothing strong. No distinct flavors jump out at initial drink, but can taste the rye in the finish.
