Cryo High. Temperature Low. The Mosaic and Amarillo Cryo hops added come from a process of separating lupulin (aka that good good) from the hop flower using cryogenic processing to increase potency and aroma while reducing astringent and vegetable notes. With the addition of Sabro hops, this is one juicy, smooth IPA.

12 FL OZ can
Served in an IPA glass

This beer pours amber with golden highlights and a slight haze. It is topped with a mountain of tan head that leaves rocky lacing.

It has a nice light tropical and bitter citrus aroma.

The taste is tropical fruit up front. That gives way to a citrus slap with a nice dose of grapefruit to give a bitter but clean finish.

Medium bodied with an effervescent mouthfeel

I enjoyed it. Bitter IPAs are a nice change of pace from the inundation of NEIPAs.

This is great...but measuring it against other Imperial IPAs (even by this brewer) it's just good, not great. The ABV is very well hidden but the taste and nose is just "good" ... Worth a try

A - Murky orange body, a short white head on pour, and a bunch of very fine-lined lacing.

S - Biting nose of citrus hops, a bit of dankness over a strong sweet orange creme aspect.

T - Much like the nose, a strong fruit note, orange and passionfruit, along with some mildly savory green leafiness. A moderate bitter bite in the close.

M - Moderate weight, decent carbonation, crisp and pleasant finish.

O - Lovely DIPA, superb combination of hop notes, that avoids the sharper aspects that sometimes joins a big beer like this one.

Smooth for the abv (I've come from just drinking Stone's 9+% "enjoy by" dipa, where the alchohol isn't as well hidden). Easy on the nose, nice color. Cryo hop taste. Bit hazy/ zesty.

Canned on 11/19/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with great clarity and transparency with bubbles racing upwards; creamy white head that falls leaving great retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have a subtle blend of tropical and citrus fruit. Some crackers and fresh bread. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. It's slightly earthy. Lots of fresh grass and pine. Some grapefruit. I feel like I'm picking up alot of amarillo hops. Nice hop bitterness. Malts are there, but almost take a backseat. Subtle warmth in the finish. It finishes juicy and dry at the same time. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and ultimately easy to drink although I'd consider this one as dangerously drinkable.

This is a solid DIPA. The flavors are big and bold while ultimately remaining balanced. It's enjoyable and fun to drink.

Canned 11-19-19.

A - Medium to dark copper orange color with perfect clarity and a very frothy, white creamy dense ring of foam. Lacing sticks to the sides of the glass like glue. Looks really great!

S - Spicy citrus on the nose with some noticeable garlic and onion in the aroma.

T - Spicy tropical fruit rind, some pepper notes, sweet grapefruit, tangerine, a little mint on the back end, along with some resiny pine along with some herbal notes. Finishes with a lingering spicy tropical herbal fruit, and mostly balanced with a slight nod to the bitter citrus side.

M - Very thick and viscous with notable dryness on the roof of the mouth.

O - This is a fantastic D-IPA. Recommended.
