Bottle says: The canopy project. Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in New Riff Bourbon Barrell.
Look - Great syrupy blackish brown with a slight tan head
Smell - chocolate vanilla and caramel. a little bit of roastiness
Taste - Same as the smell but pretty boozy as well
Feel - Medium full body with a light carbonation and some what syrupy
Overall - Pretty Tasty beer!
