Look - Can tell it was aged, it has almost like a muddy color to it. Still really dark mud
Smell - mainly chocolate and vanilla scents, pretty sweet smelling
Taste - the BBA really complements the vanilla and chocolate well, not as sweet as expected which I really like. Has that bourbon barrel woody caramel taste with that chocolate and vanilla with a well balance.
Feel - medium body and a medium light carbonation. I really like how it has a slight tingle in the carb but not much
Overall - Really fantastic beer. You can taste some booze in there and the BBA really balances the sweetness of the chocolate and the vanilla well. The beer really doesn't taste much like the original S'more gratitude and I don't pick up on the marshmallow taste any more until it gets pretty warm and you can slightly get it along with some creaminess.
