A bitter yet balanced IPA that is aromatically pleasing due to the heavy amount of dry-hopping with Falconer’s Flight and Simcoe. The Falconer’s Flight provides the slight citrus aroma while the Simcoe compliments it with strong pine aroma.

Had this at Teller's in Hyde Park.
Its is a golden brown with good carbonation and some lacing. The Simcone hops are vary foreword in this as the name might suggest. Taste starts a little dank and then comes the citrus. Although it is hop foreword there is still a good malt balance.
