A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left some lacing on the surface and sides of the glass and a thin collar around the edge.
S: Faint aromas of lemons are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lemons and lactic acid clown with some salty notes in the finish.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation with some hints of creaminess.
O: This beer is easy to drink, but isn't as sour compared to others in the style.
