Brewery below an old Buffalo Hotel. Similar beers to Pearl Street. Bar is dark and has the old timey hotel bar feel to it. Bartenders were very helpful when selecting beers and offer samples. Food is pub style food but with some interesting twists. Burger was decent. Flat Pizzas were great, especially the stuffed banana pepper one. Poutine fries were also great. Been here several times, mostly either pre or post a game at the arena and the vibe is always a little subdued. I would say this is a place to try, but is not a hot spot of activity and the beers are middle of road at best.

Stop #481 on my world brewery tour.
Had lunch with a product manager for a company I was interviewing with. Since it was my last interview before heading home, I was able to justify a beer (Wit). Really surprised they did not offer sampler flights. Hard to rate a place on just one beer....the Wit was ok. Beautiful historic woody interior. Could really soak it all the splendor and imagine a place (and town) like this back in its prime. Ordered the wings (hey it's Buffalo) which were ok. I consider myself a traveling wing connoisseur.
