Found at Barflyz in Zurich, quite a bottle menu.
A: Pours a cloudy amber body with 2 finger, thick lasting, meringue, lacinghead. Nice.
S: Nutty, eathy, pine, cedar wood.
T: Follows the appealing earthy note trend I have found in Swiss beers. This one from border with France. Adds flowers.
O: Add to your list Dr. Gab's. Good swiss craft brew!

A: Pours a dark and cloudy amber color forming a creamy and soapy head. Good retention and tons of lacings left in the glass
S: Malty and hoppy. Bready and earthy yeasts. Flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Malty and hoppy. In overall, a dry and quite bitter taste. Earthy yeast profile. Flowery hops
M: Light body. Good carbonation. Malty and hoppy aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Nice Pale Ale from Dr. Gab's. Good swiss craft brew
