Found at Barflyz in Zurich, quite a bottle menu.
A: Pours a cloudy amber body with 2 finger, thick lasting, meringue, lacinghead. Nice.
S: Nutty, eathy, pine, cedar wood. Bright hops fruit missing.
T: Follows the appealing earthy note trend I have found in Swiss beers. This one from border with France. Adds flowers.
O: Add to your list Dr. Gab's. Good swiss craft brew!

A 330ml bottle with a BB of May 2017, so it's a little out of date. Given to me a while back by my brother, following a trip to Switzerland. The label image references Rio, along with a snake-charmer playing to a hop plant (rather odd).
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A very hazy amber hue with plenty of floating sediment and intense carbonation. Produces a vast head of creamy meringue-like foam with excellent retention; this slowly reduces to a thick surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of grassy hops with hints of earthy yeast, subtle herbal notes, mild leafiness and light caramel malt. Pleasant but lacks punch.
T: Tastes of grassy, herbal hops with notes of earthy yeast, light spice, mild leafiness and subtle caramel malt. A crisp, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and good body. Aftertaste of earthy yeast, bitter grassy hops and light malt.
O: A decent beer, though my impression is that the hop character has faded. Looks good, while the aroma and flavour are a blend of earthy yeast, subdued hops and malt. Nice body. Drinkable and balanced, but lacking in the hops that the style demands. I'll have to try a fresher bottle if I have the chance.
