From a bottle marked best by 28.05.2020. Clear orange color with a finger of white head. Smells of banana and cloves. Light feel. Caramel malt with Belgian yeast character -- fruit, spice, and an earthy dryness. Pretty good!

For an amber ale, that beer doesn't really impress appearance-wise. Golden more than amber, it fits the description of the class only approximately.
For the smell, it isn't that impressive either - slight dominance of hops, although not much can be smelled.
Now, were the beer lags in looks and smells it does catch up in taste. A great balance, with an accent of malt; slight hint of hops that just support the taste and feel of an amber ale are spot on and leave a nice lingering aftertaste, combined with a feel of alcohol lightness.
As for the feel, the beer is mostly flat, smooth and light.
Overall, it has been a pleasant surprise, with a great accent on the quality of the taste.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of March 2017, so it's rather out of date. I'm hoping its strength will have preserved it somewhat. ABV is stated as 7%. Given to me as a gift a while back. The label mentions that this is brewed with three types of malt and a unique yeast strain.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A hazy orange-amber colour with plentiful suspended sediment and low carbonation. Produces a smallish head of creamy white foam that lasts for a minute or so before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of grainy malt with hints of vaguely fruity yeast, earthiness, bread, subtle caramel, mild spice (caraway) and faint stewed husks. Little hop character to speak of. OK but muddled.
T: Tastes of grainy malt with notes of earthy yeast, mildly fruity esters, light caramel, bread, stewed husks/leaves and faint spice. Slightly sweet, followed by a subtle bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with soft carbonation and good body. Some yeastiness on the palate. Aftertaste of grainy malt, earthy yeast and faint stewed leaves.
O: Not sure what to make of this one - rather middle-of-the-road. Possibly it's just a bit old and faded. Subpar looks, while the aroma and flavour are decidedly grainy, with earthy yeast, mild esters and faint spice. Body is alright but lacks texture. Drinkable enough but doesn't hold one's attention. I should probably try a fresher bottle sometime.

330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass.
A: Pours a dark brown color forming a medium white to yellow head. Mefium retention and some molasses lacings left in the glass
S: Quite malty and toffee. Lots of caramel and caramel malts in the nose. Roasted malts, earthy yeasts. Yeasts have a strong belgian character. A bit fruity with some notes of flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong caramel profile. Dark fruits, earthy yeasts and a considerable hoppy bitter end which is a bit out of the style
M: Medium body and carbonation. Roasted malts and hoppy bitter aftertaste
O: Average ale
