Actually considered by North Mountain to be an experimental beer. Brewed with 8 different malts.
Poured from tapped into standard pint glass at brewery. Color is rich clear copper. Strong and persistent head with a beautiful layered lace remaining.
Nose is front loaded hoppy. Taste is hoppy up front but solid dry malt on the back side. Just a bit of malt sweetness remains.
Mouthfeel is very nice (sorry lost some adjectives) with effervescence light but complimentary.
Would definitely recommend to any/all who appreciate malts and hops.
