A - dark murky orange with a huge, dense, off white head that has decent retention
S - huge straw presence with some fruity and lager-y aromas
T - straw, juicy fruit, faintly vegetal, mild hop bitterness
M - medium bodied, well carbonated
This is a decent beer. It has an interesting flavor profile and great drinkability. The fruit tends to be a bit sweet and at the end got a little overpowering for me. The bitterness in the finish was very enjoyable. Overall, this is a good beer from a nice, up and coming brewery. This is definitely worth a try.

My first try from this new Carrboro brewery.Bottled on Mar 17,2013.Poured into a half liter stein a deep orange tinged golden with a one finger white head that doesn't last long.Aromas are malty and grainy with some mild fruity esters and a hint of soap.Again malt dominates the palate with doughy flavors and a shot of toastiness, lightly sweet caramel notes linger, not much hop presence but I wasn't expecting any for the style.Mellow feel to the makes for an easy drinker.I like a good keller beer and I think this is pretty damn good from a new local brewery.
