Had on-tap March 16th at Final Gravity in Roseville, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 12oz snifter, the brew is hazy and rusted orange in color, with an off-white ring of suds found along the edge of the glass.
Smell - Moderate notes of cherry tartness and woody oak.
Taste - Follows the nose. Mildly tart cherry notes intertwined with a moderate oak flavor. Finishes much the same. Simple, but delicious.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with moderate, slightly bitey carbonation.
Overall - Very nice. I really like how the mild tartness plays nicely off the oaky undertone. I will seek this out again.
