A showcase of European hops: Perle, Tettnang, Saaz and Hersbrucker provide a rounded, light bitterness and floral character which complement the natural sweetness of this thirst-quenching Helles lager.

From the 330ml bottle in a snifter via our friends from across
the pond! Cheers to Keith and Julie for this one! This solid
little 2022 world beer cup bronze winner (!!!!) pours a clear golden
with a moderate head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin
dusty layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose of floral hops, lightly
spicy hops, breaded malts, and honey sweet malts. Flavors surpass the nose
with light breaded malts, honey sweet malt, lightly spicy hops, well placed floral
hops, and light biscuit. Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth,
and finishing faintly dry and moderately c;lean with a touch of the English in the
mouth feel.
Overall, a unique brew combining two different worlds into one nice lager.
Solid!
