500ml Ltd Ed bottle (#545 of 600) –from I Fira Artesana de Viladecans (Barcelona)- Shaker glass. Bright brown color, dark amber tints to the light. Tan foam, sticky & lasting crown. Roasted & burnt malt aromas rounded by slight wood & smoke. Roasted, sweet & creamy upfront followed by gentle herbal bitterness. Medium to full body. Soft carbonation. Oily texture. Voluptuous & silky palate. Malty flavors, hints of honey & roasted coffee infusion in the middle yield to an involving bitterness into a dry bitter/sweet finish. Subtle cocoa & licorice candy on the aftertaste. Well balanced & flavorful.
