On-tap. Shaker glass @ VFC´13. Deep brass color, chill haze. Off-white froth shows fairly good retention & leaves spots on sides. Fresh aromas displaying hints of caramel, green wood, mint & herbs. Nice herbal & spiced upfront followed by citric, slight piney bitterness rounded by spicy notes. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Voluptuous palate & clean bitterness in the middle that lingers into the finish. Refreshing & complex. Interesting brewing !!
