On-tap. Shaker glass @ VFC´13 (Barcelona). Pours brass in color with chill haze appearance. Off-white crown shows fairly good retention. Nice & fresh aroma profile shows mild toasted malts, citric fruits – like grapefruit-, floral notes & slight berries on the back. Crispy upfront & increasing bitterness at first sip. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dense texture. Moderate toasted malty backbone do its job in front of sharp citric/bitter attack. Dry bitter finish but well balanced beer. Refreshing & flavorful !!
