Brewed in collaboration with Lowe's Foods.Pours into a stemmed glass a deep amber with a minimal head wich was a little disappointing.The aromas do make up for it though,a nice shot of resiny hops along with caramel/biscuit and a shot of sweetish alcohol.Nice flavors as well 'cakey' with caramel malts hitting up front then a big shot of resin that dries it out and gives a nice kick in the back end.I love hop forward big American barleywines,now this isn't real big at 8.2% it still has all the other attributes I really like.
