Nice chocolate malt. Some chocolate and leather notes on the finish. Medium bodied. Good amount of carbonation.

Drinking this at The Raleigh Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Raleigh NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tan head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells roasty, malty, floral, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice spicy finish.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice malty backbone.
Overall a very nice black lager that I would definitely order again.
