Bistro C.V. Is one of steamboats premier dining locations. But they not only ahve some of the best food in town they have the beer list to match. Now this isn't an over the top beer nerd bar but by far the beer nerdiest bar in steamboat. Happy hour is a bonus check for times as they can change per season. current beer list as of 3/15/203:
