Poured at fridge temp. Pours transparent orange with almost no head. bubble rising throughout. The nose is absolutely gorgeous. Honey, caramel, bourbon, a floral note, candy, and a nice malty note. Can't wait to taste this one!
Taste is fantastic. Sweet candy upfront. Honey, a bit of apple, bourbon, toffee, and a bit of banana. A nice peppery finish. This is just so interesting. What a wonderful take on the tripel.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Overall, I absolutely love this. Such a different beer. If you are looking for something different, this is worth seeking out.
