I have tried to find a crisp and buttery pilsner since Hubsh Brau. I know it's tough to get the yeast to produce a buttery flavor without ruining the beer, so 5 stars here. Nice, crisp, complex pils!

Clear, pale gold. Surprising amount of lacing/wall foam. Wee head.
Crisp and sour, hint of grassy lemon.
Out of my depth; initial style shock, however, with slow sipping, one gets the increasing feeling of a quality brew most subtle.

Bottled, with a packaging date of 2/6/2016 (6 weeks old). Crystal clear golden color and rich white head. Smells like fresh bread. High carbonation, as is appropriate for the style. Malty, grainy and a bit grassy. A little rough. Strongly hopped for the style, but it's definitely noble hops not American. This is a bold Pilsner and I like it quite a bit. Tasted very fresh. Those who don't appreciate Pilsners and want them to be IPAs will of course be disappointed.
