Description: Color is orange and golden with an appearance that is as hazy as can be. White head and lacing. The smell is floral and fruity but it's not overwhelming. Notes of tropical fruits, mostly orange and mango. The taste is similar to the smell with more bitterness on the finish but not in a bad way. Good but not great flavor. Feel is light with a higher amount of carbonation than most other IPAs.
Suggested food pairing: French fries and ketchup
If you like this beer then you should also try: See note below re: IPA tsunami
Overall: 4 (This beer is good and I may or may not drink it again) This beer was better than I expected and by itself it's a fine beer. Is it good enough to stand out in a beer aisle awash in a sea of "good" IPAs? No, not really. This one really struck me as emblematic of the many decent IPAs that are out there (roughly one bazillion at last count) that aren't bad but aren't remarkable or memorable either. If you're looking for a beer like this to try, walk into the beer aisle and throw a dart*. Drink whatever beer it lands on.
*Don't actually do this
