On-tap at Yellow Springs Brewery, Yellow Springs, OH
A: The beer is slightly hazy light amber in color. It poured with lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of banana bread. are present in the nose along with hints of fruity yeast.
T: The taste has flavors of bananas from the yeast along with notes of wheat.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but isn't as complex as most other beers in the style.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, deep amber color.
Smell: Aroma of sweet malts; yeasty; maybe a little fruity.
Taste: Has nice flavor to it, yeasty, then some bitterness which emerges more as it warms.
Mouthfeel: Light-medium bodied, carbonated.
Overall: This was my second favorite out of the four I sampled at Yellow Springs Brewery. Decent Dunkelweizen that I'd drink again.
