This was the first Brut IPA that I had. Been looking for long to finally be able to try this style... and I must say that it was quite different from what I expected! I was somehow looking for a champagne-like, dry and carbonated thing, almost like a Brett, but it was much more like a NEIPA. Of course, with more dryness. How is it then?
I think this is like a session NEIPA (heavy on the dry hops and aroma), raw hops galore but with a thin body, lacking malts quite a lot. Still, unlike a simple session IPA, it is like a full IPA, just with the malts dialed down. Is it really how Brut IPAs are like?
Nevertheless, it wasn't bad, it is quite impressive especially because of the raw hop punch. My imagination was rather the Brett...

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. At lunch, with canelones + papas aliñas. My first of the style. Truly dry and with a belgiany profile similar to that of a hoppy saison, but a really good one!. Very drinkable
