Bottle from Sol de Gràcia, served a thome in a snifter glass. Black color, small brown head with short retention, just a line of creamy lacing. Aroma of chocolate, red and dried fruits, smokey wood notes, coffee, caramel. Medium to full body, silky texture, average carbonation. Sweet smokey finish. Taste follows the aroma. Great.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo Colony 1x01, con papas fritas Moyano. Impresionante. Los 13 grados no se notan en absoluto. Tremendamente equilibrada, con deliciosas notas de chocolate con leche y vainilla. Casi nada de espuma
