Aroma a pomelo y cereal.

330ml bottle from HonestBrew:
Pouring a bruised peach colour with a fairly large, foamy white head that settles about half a cm tall. Sour on the nose to start but some strawberry notes come through alongside a few funny notes & some raspberry tart, it's quite sharp too. The sourness & tart really kicks in with the taste, it's very sharp & tangy with a lot of strawberry, some raspberry & citrus flavours. The body is light medium & drier than a dessert with strong carbonation too; a pleasant Berliner Weisse without it setting the world alight.
