This super sessionable pale ale hosts a classic pale base with a late hopping schedule in the kettle, whirlpool and cold side, to add two huge American house favourites, Citra and Mosaic, for enormous citrus flavours and aroma.

Copenhagen 12/8 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Turquoise can in Quantrock's usual design with forlorn trees in an intricate pattern.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a bit of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Lemon and lime. Dry vibe.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Good intensity for a Session Indian Pale Ale - but a bit flat.

440ml can.
L: Light haze, golden, several streams of bubbles and one finger of short-lived head.
S: Clean, melon aroma.
T: Honeydew melon, white peach, underripe tropical fruit.
F: Medium body, super smooth and silky mouthfeel. Good stuff.
O: American-style pale ale from Somerset, England. Very good, not excellent but extra points for being just 4% ABV. The Brits properly know how to brew session ales.
