A beer brewed in the traditional IPA style from the best Maris Otter malt blended with other malts to give a strong beer bursting with flavour. Traditional English hops are used in generous quantities to give a highly hopped character to match the strength of the beer.

Copenhagen 20/8 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As “Quantrock Stag”. Burgundy label with Quantrock’s logo with the solitary tree in white.
Pours unclear murky orange with a little white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malt and Stone fruits mingling with a dry citric scent. Toffee and caramel. Peach. Grapefruit. Dry vibe.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a touch of toffee.
Classic style Indian Pale Ale. A bit on the flat side.
