On tap at the brewpub in San Antonio.
Appearance: Pours opaque black. The durable head leaves patterned lacing.
Aroma: mild dark roasted malts and hops with a hint of molasses.
Feel: Full body and medium, soft carbonation.
Flavor: A lot of dark malt and hop flavor, with some char. Hops and malts in near balance. Some black coffee comes on in the finish and lingers on with very dark roasted malts and arthy/spicy hops in the moderately bitter aftertaste.
O: Very good for style.
