A: Pours a hazed amber/orange color. A one finger white head forms with good retention an lace.
S: First thing in the nose is biscuit malts. Lightly toasted with some caramel. Then the hops come in. Floral, light citrus, grassy. A lingering bitterness. Well balanced and very enjoyable.
T: Like the nose, very balanced. The malts come into play at first. Bready, biscuit, and a light caramel sweetness. The hops come next. Again, floral, citrus, and grassy. With a pleasant bitterness.
M/D: A medium body and crisp carbonation. A nice smooth finish at the same time. Easy to drink. I can put a few away with ease.
A great, simple, and balanced IPA. Nothing special going on here. Just a solid beer that I will be glad to have more of.
