A: Pours a hazed ruby red color. A minimal white head forms, and recedes in a second. Light lace is left behind.
S: Toasted malts. Bread and biscuit with a light chocolate aroma. Very simple, but nice.
T: Again, this is very simple but enjoyable. Toasted malts, bread and biscuit. Some chocolate and nutty flavors. Enjoyable.
M/D: A medium body and light carbonation. I bit on the thin side. Easy to drink. I would have no problem putting back a few.
Not a bad beer at all. Very enjoyable, and with so many sub par examples of the style available that is saying something. Though, I think their other offerings are a bit more substantial. Still, you can't go wrong with this.
